This position will be part of a customer service team that is setting up a new tool to track the customer service contract renewal history. The person hired for this position will be responsible for learning current FEI customer service business processes at the office location in Hillsboro, OR. Once understanding the processes specific to service contracts the person hired is responsible to setup the structure in the new tool. The estimated time will be approximately 5 months after business process training is completed.  The successful candidate will learn the customer fundamentals of an Operations Center as well as gaining project experience.         



  • Review customer service contracts renewal process
  • Understand the individual process steps and different scenarios
  • Collect the historical renewal information needed to place in the new tool
  • Design the new service contract renewal structure
  • Test the design
  • Place the collected documents and information in the tool
  • Train the team on how to use the tool


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service and associated fields
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment
  • Is structured
  • Willingness to go into details
  • College Degree preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proficient in One Note
